Network Perception Story Campaign Rules

1. Eligibility: The 2017 Network Perception Story Campaign (“Campaign”) is open to Sprint employees who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the Campaign start date and for those who reside in the United States who are either exempt employees or are salary-plus or non-exempt employees who have submitted an approved Sprint Ambassador Program Participation Form. All other salary-plus and non-exempt employees are not eligible for this Campaign. Subject to the general rules below, employees who fail to comply with the Sprint Code of Conduct during the Campaign period and through the date of award will not be eligible to win any award under this Campaign. Directors, Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, contractors, and temporary employees are not eligible to participate in this Campaign. Eligibility is further conditioned on active employment at the time the award is made.

2. Sponsors/Administrator: The Sponsor and Administrator of the Campaign is Sprint Corporation (“Sprint,” “Sponsor” or “Administrator”).

3. Campaign Period: The Campaign Period begins at 12:00 AM CST on October 30, 2017 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on January 31, 2018 (the “Campaign Period”).

4. Entry: Employees should submit their story using the online submission form at https://networkperceptions.pgtb.me/j7Ld4P.

5. Specify how winner is determined: The story ideas will be collected and reviewed to determine the best stories to use for the Network Campaign, A third party marketing agency along with members of the Sprint base marketing team will be the judging panel. The final number of videos we produce will be determined by the quality of story ideas we receive, the marketing campaign and seasonal calendar, the production company schedules, employee availability, & overall video production budget. Also if this marketing campaign is deprioritized or defunded then Sprint is not obligated to create any videos.

6. Award: The employees who submit winning story ideas will be contacted by Sprint and arrangements will be made, subject to management approval, for the employees with the winning submissions to meet with Sprint’s marketing agency to discuss with the employee their story idea to fully understand if/how their story can be converted into a success campaign video and the availability of the employee to determine the possible video production schedule.

In the event that a participant becomes ineligible from participation in this Campaign for any reason, Sponsor may select an alternate winner. However, the Company is not obligated to name an alternate winner. Any award under this Campaign is not earned until the date that it is provided to the winner. Employee must be an active employee at that time the award is provided.

General Conditions:

By entering this Campaign, entrants fully and unconditionally agree and accept to be bound by these complete Official Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Campaign Administrator, which shall be final. Sponsor has the right to modify these rules at any time and without any prior notice in its sole discretion.

a. Eligible Participants must be actively employed at the end of the incentive period and up through the date of the award in order to be eligible to receive an award. This means that employees whose employment terminates for any reason before delivery of the prize or award are not eligible to receive the award.

b. Participants must be in good standing with the company and not on any level of written corrective action at the time of judging panel review and remain in good standing and not on any level of written corrective action up to the time of the award fulfillment, to be eligible for the award.

c. Participants understand and agree that participation in this campaign is entirely voluntary. If a Participant feels that participation in the campaign is being mandated or coerced as part of their employment, Participant should contact the Ethics Helpline.

d. All entries in the Network Perception Campaign must be in good taste and must comply with Sprint’s internal policies and Code of Conduct. Any entries that are harassing, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise inappropriate will not be considered, and may subject the entrant to corrective action up to and including termination of employment. Entries should not contain any third party or other employee without their express written consent.

e. Except where prohibited, all campaign participants grant to Sponsor and its advertising agencies the right to use and publish his or her proper name, likeness, voice, opinion(s), and/or biographical information in any form of media used to promote Sponsor and/or the campaign, without receipt of additional compensation.

f. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, computer failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the campaign to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a award or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a award, or from participation in the campaign; or (vi) any printing or typographical error in any materials associated with these Official Rules or the campaign generally.

g. Sponsor may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the campaign, including being eligible to receive any award, if at the sole discretion of Sponsor; such person shows a disregard for these Official Rules, or acts and/or makes any comments: (1) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, the Sponsor or its agents or representatives, or (2) in any other disruptive manner. Besides becoming ineligible to participate in the campaign, Participant may be subject to other appropriate action under Sprint’s policies.

h. The campaign will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

i. Campaign awards are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be resold and no substitutions will be permitted. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute award in the event of award unavailability.

j. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate this campaign at any time and for any reason without prior notice, up through the date actual award is made. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, substitute or modify any awards, at any time and for any reason without prior notice, up through the date actual award is made. Any modifications, adjustments or cancellations of the campaign may be to all eligible participants or to any subset or group of participants in the sole discretion of the Company. This campaign does not constitute a promise by Sprint to make any distributions or payments under it. No participant is entitled to any award until it is actually awarded.
